The activity of the producers represented by the Consortium for the Protection of the Polesano White Garlic PDO constantly aims at protecting the consumers and developing the market, especially in foreign countries, and above all at innovating while safeguarding the territory of origin.

First of all, the Consortium ensures traceability of the product: the producer’s name is indicated on the label as well as all the processing and packing steps certified by an independent third party recognized by the Ministry for Agricultural Policies.
